Hi, I’m Sarah, headwear designer and owner of Sarah's Doo-Wop Dos. This brand started out as a vintage hair and make-up service in 2011 and slowly developed into a small, one woman, business selling my first vintage inspired headwear designs back in 2016!
My love of vintage style (not vintage values) introduced me to the clothes of the 1940s and got me back into sewing, eventually making it my business making reproduction vintage pieces.
Today the goal is to keep you comfy and stylish in my own versions of iconic vintage headwear such as the classic 1940s turban, landgirl headscarf. I’ve recently added a range of one-off refashioned 1940s hats and true vintage pieces to my handmade range.
