Refund policy
As I am a small company selling completely handmade items so please consider an exchange if there is a fit issue with your item. I am always happy to discuss altering items too. I do not offer cancellations but I can offer refunds and exchanges.
Info for an exchange or refund: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders (‘made to order’ items can’t be refunded but can be exchanged )
- Items on sale
Conditions of return/exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original (unworn) condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include a note with your parcel with your name & order number. Once the item has arrived and been checked over an exchange or refund will be actioned depending on the situation. Please note rudeness will not be tolerated in any corespondents.
