Delivery
Sarah’s Doo-Wop Dos is a UK business based in Bedfordshire selling handmade items so my delivery times and costs will reflect this.
Delivery:
I aim to despatch 'ready made' items within 5 working days. This may be a little longer at busier times of year. My 'made to order' items have a 2 week turnaround and will be labelled in the design description.
UK: Delivery is £3.50, 2nd class tracked. Sarah's Doo-Wop Dos is GPSR compliant and continues to be able to ship to Northern Ireland.
Get Free UK delivery on orders £50 and over, no code needed as discount is automatically applied at checkout!
Europe: Delivery is £8.50 and parcels are sent tracked . Customs charges may apply post Brexit (which I did not vote for) so do check your country's rules for charges. Sarah's Doo-Wop Dos is GPSR compliant and continues to be able to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.
USA: Postage is now charged at a flat rate of £16 (International tracked) then the 10% tariff is added so your order can be sent PDDP (postal delivery duties paid).
Other customs and taxes may still apply.
International: Delivery is £12.50 and parcels are sent tracked. Please check the customs and duty rules for your country for any possible charges.
Australian customers can use code FREE75 on orders £75 and over (approx $132) for free shipping.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery Times:
UK (including N.I) - Parcels are sent 2nd class, tracked. Postage within the UK takes approximately 2 days (48 hours) once the item is in the post. I aim to post all my ‘ready made’ items within 5 working days, while ‘Made to Order’ items have a 2 week turnaround.
European and International (except United States) - Parcels are sent tracked which takes approximately 10 working days. I aim to post all my ‘ready made’ items within 5 working days, while ‘Made to Order’ items have a 2 week turnaround.
I send all packages via Royal Mail, although international packages are passed over from Royal Mail to the countries mail service, I have no say in who that secondary service is.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delay due to customs. European customers may have charges due to Brexit (which I did NOT vote for) and you will need to check the rules in your country.
